We typically work on an estimate basis thats tailored to each specific customers needs, wants, type of work, and over all scope of project.
What are your operating hours?
We are open from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. However feel free to reach out by phone, text, email, or call any day/time and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible!
How do I receive an estimate?
Please reach out with your name, contact, and prospective work. If we don’t catch you right away we will reach out asap to schedule a quick 10-15 min visit at your convenience. This gives us a chance to get our eyes on the full scope of work to ensure you receive the most accurate estimate possible and it provides you an opportunity to meet us and ask any questions you may have!
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes! We are fully licensed by the State of Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) as a Dwelling Contractor. We are also fully insured to safely and confidently operate in Wisconsin and within your home.
What kind of payment do you accept?
We can accept check, card, cash, or Venmo. Card payments are through Square App and have an accompanying processing fee of 2.9%. Venmo also shares a transaction fee of 1.9%
Is there a mark-up on materials?
Nope! All materials are at cost. You only pay for the time, labor, and knowledge required to source and select materials/supplies.
